Palm Sander. Features a built-in dust collection bag and sealed ON/OFF switch for long, dependable life. Swirl-free 13,000 orbits per minute. Uses a 1/4 Sheet of sand paper on the base. Yes it still works. I haven't had that long. It was $40, used a few times, asking $25.
