You can paint them if sanded over with a scotch bright pad. 1-1/8 inch standoff pegs welded to back sides spaced to land on most fences board Bolt on with 1/4" pan head carriage bolts to make them difficult to steal without access to other side of fence pre-drilled holes. Just place, clamp down and drill existing holes
Does not come with bolts but may have extra available for purchase.
